The highlight of Chocolate Week, Chocolate Unwrapped is a show where visitors can immerse themselves in a decadent celebration of chocolate. It’s a day to marvel at chocolate sculptures, watch chocolate cooking demonstrations and taste a variety of exciting new flavours, new chocolate, unexpected pairings and classic favourites from the world’s top chocolatiers.

• Tasting with chocolate maker Mott Green of the Grenada Chocolate Company. Mott discusses his journey building the only Tree-To-Bar chocolate-making cooperative in the world
• Great British Bake Off winner Edd Kimber demonstrates a recipe from his new book ‘The Boy Who Bakes’.
• Top chocolatier Paul a Young hosts a tasting session for his latest flavours
• Angus Thirlwell, founder of Hotel Chocolat, is joined by one of the farmers from its Rabot Estate plantation

The Great Chocolate Cake-Off
