Hotel Chocolat open new store at Westfield Stratford

Hotel Chocolat have opened a new store at Westfield Stratford, the largest shopping centre in Europe. Here at Chocolate Week we can’t quite comprehend the size of a shopping centre with 70 restaurants but will definitely be popping down there to check out Hotel Chocolat and the shoe shops.

Peter Gordon and Paul a Young team up to create cacao menu for Chocolate Week

For Chocolate Week 2011 Peter Gordon, the godfather of fusion cuisine and Paul Young have collaborated to create a unique cacao dinner to be held at Gordon’s Marylebone restaurant, The Providores.
