Barry Callebaut, the world’s leading manufacturer of high-quality cocoa and chocolate products, signed an agreement with the Nederland Group to acquire Spanish chocolate maker Chocovic, S.A., specializing in chocolate and specialty products for industrial and artisanal customers.
