Unique among chocolate makers, Artisan du chocolat® was the first UK pioneer to experiment with making chocolate from ground cocoa beans on an artisan scale.

An extensive range of chocolate bars is produced in our Kent atelier including rare origins bars such as Vietnam, Haiti, Congo or the most recent -Colombia-, exotic fusion bars, Caffe, Tbars and speciality bars such as sugar free, almond milk or buffalo milk.

Renowned for creativity, innovation and exquisite quality, Artisan du chocolat continually pushes boundaries from the original Liquid Sea Salted Caramels, the O’s, the Pearls® or the whimsical couture chocolates. We have also cultivated a sense of childhood wonder with new products such as the space dust UFOs, chocolate coated honeycomb or the planet full of chocolate treats for little explorers.

Not just using cocoa beans, we also make creative use of cocoa pulp, the white flesh of the cocoa pods. Pop into our Notting Hill chocolateria, sit under our panoramic plantation light and try our unique cocoa pulp juice or cocoa cocktails served with chocolate nibbles.
