William Curley, Scottish chocolatier and patissier, is an outstanding leader in the fine chocolate revolution who was voted the Academy of Chocolate’s ‘Best British Chocolatier 2007 and 2008’,

William works along side his wife Suzue, a respected patissier, in their shop on Richmond’s Paved Court.

On this historic cobbled lane (just off the Richmond Green) the Curleys make contemporary chocolates, patisseries, biscuits and cakes with some surprising Japanese combinations such as Japanese black vinegar or Miso and Walnut biscuits.

They have created a truly classic shop, with a hint of warmhearted nostalgia for times gone by.
